WebI thought the withdrawal would go away after reaching 100%. As of now, it's been over 15 days since 100% was reached and the withdrawal and mood debuff is still there so I'm certain it's a bug. I'm not sure which mod caused this issue, my save is heavily modded and includes mods like Medieval Medicines, Prosthetics and Medieval Drugs.
