Webb5 nov. 2024 · I think the problem is with how the sharc actually works. eARC being on, it makes the sharc the dominant device. I can tell this because even if I swap back to another device input, it will swap back to the sharc input. So, when you are doing device -> AVR -> CX, it should just output sound from the device over the AVR input, but it doesn't. WebbI did see SOME improvement with the audio latency on the Series X, most notably when passing DTS 5.1 from the TV to the receiver. I'd say my delay dropped by 50-70 ms - but that's not a massive amount. If this is the ONLY console you're using and you absolutely must use the TV ARC/eARC then I suppose this could be worth trying. Recommended by a few here, so I thought I'd try it. Thenaudio now has a Sharc V2 that has 2 HDMI inputs on the device, so ordered the new version.

Perhaps if you got a splitter you could use the SHARC eARC audio converter for the audio and plug the other splitter cable into your monitor for video. I use the SHARC with my TV.
